Cuckservatives or Neo-conservatism 2.0 is the latest trend sweeping Twitter and the collective internets. Due in part to the candidacy of Jeb "I don't speak English at home" Bush. Cuckservatives, also going by the less used terms "conservacuck" and "conservakin" support good ol' fashioned conservative American values like getting involved in endless wars for Israel, soulless corporate shilling at the expense of constituents, and believing illegal immigration is an act of love.

The most classic hallmark of the cuckservative is serving those who won't vote for him at the expense of those who do. In this regard, they are terrified of appearing to be politically incorrect, especially when they might be accused of that most sinister of crimes against humanity, racism.
